Selfcare: Look your Best Before your Trip
VACATION ON HOLD MEANS IT’S TIME TO PREP.
A majority of us are still unable to travel this summer, giving us even more time at home. The last minute changes may be disappointing but the best thing we can do now is take full advantage of our time. Time for ourselves, and ultimate self care.
Many of us have already taken this opportunity to focus on lots of self love and self care, however that might look. If you haven’t done so already, take this chance to pamper yourself in preparation for your next getaway. Why not prep yourself to look and feel your best for whenever the borders open up again?
If you’re like me and live a busy lifestyle (preCovid) then you may have not given yourself the attention you deserve. Self care is often placed on the back burner and is long over do. That being said, sometimes it’s overwhelming knowing where to start and which products are best. My focus was to find products with great reviews that relate to the areas I want to improve in from head to toe.
Through much trial and error, I’ve found a few products I’m really loving that are both affordable and worth the hype.
HAIR HYDRATION
I’ve tried countless conditioners and hair masks. This is my current favorite leaving my hair untangled and super soft:
LIP SAVER
Keeps lips hydrated while you sleep and had a nice glossy finish to wear around the house during the day:
NAIL HEALTH
With nail salons closed for months we’ve have the opportunity to grow our nails out naturally. This nail hardener keeps nails strong and healthy with or without polish:
BOOTY BOOST
We all have a little bit of cellulite and this cream helps to tighten those unwanted areas. On the pricey side but completely worth it. Plus it smells incredible:
IMPROVE CIRCULATION
Using a dry brush regularly promotes lymphatic stimulation, blood circulation as well as reduces cellulite and leaves your skin feeling softer and smoother. A completely underrated tool:
GOODBYE DEAD SKIN
Again, salons or not pedicures are a summer essential and this is magic. I will never go to a nail salon for a pedicure again:
